SM WORK CREW
Our focus is to connect temporary or temporary-to-permanent employees across a wide variety of businesses. SM Work Crew places workers with clients in need of services that include but are not limited to General Labor, Pro-Moving services, Skilled Labor and Apprenticeships. We provide supportive services that include on-the-job training, one-on-one Mentorship, transitional employment opportunities, resume writing and referrals to community partners.
SM HAULING & DELIVERY
Silva’s Motivation is devoted to the development and expansion of a transitional jobs program for individuals who face significant barriers to employment. SM Hauling & Delivery is a partner in our employment network that provides junk removal for homes and businesses including offices, retail properties, construction sites and more! They also provide delivery services for residential and commercial businesses.
SM HOMES - BETTER LIVING
SM Homes is a structured, transitional sober-living program of Silva’s Motivation. We provide a safe, supportive community where participants can rebuild their lives with accountability, encouragement, and hope.
Through stable housing and supportive services focused on personal growth, community, and employment, SM Homes empowers participants to achieve lasting recovery and independence. While currently focused on individuals in recovery from substance use, we aim to expand to serve justice-impacted individuals, survivors of domestic violence, and survivors of human trafficking.
OUTREACH
Food justice is an important part of community justice. We partner with many volunteers and other organizations to serve disadvantaged communities to find a need and fill it. Our outreach programs include distributing food and hygiene items. We receive donations from local businesses/community members and use them to fight hunger. We also take clothing donations to aid in family needs. Help us connect with donors and with people in need.

"About 6 years ago I needed a job and my mom put a post on Facebook and someone sent her the link for Silva’s Motivation. I reached out and spoke with Sean. It was a positive conversation and he directed and assisted me in finding a job in merchandise rests, cleanup and demolition.
Through the years, when I have needed referrals and help for employment Sean has always been there to help me. Today, I am cleaning houses and helping in the delivery and hauling services through Silva’s Motivation. This organization has had a positive effect in my life.
They have helped me believe in myself more and the confidence I have developed during this transition is invaluable. I know I can do anything if I put my mind to it."
