Meet the Founder
Sean Silva
Silva’s Motivation was founded by Sean Silva, who used his money and resources to provide supportive services (out of his car) in the Los Angeles Eagle Rock/Highland Park area. What started as a passion to help people apply for and gain access to jobs has evolved into various programs offering affordable housing, on-the-job training, mentorship, and guidance in navigating the workforce.
Sean is the driving force behind the nonprofit's mission. He has experienced the hardships many are facing today, but he believes that your goals can be achieved with support and the necessary skills. Sean’s dedication and love for people were inherited and instilled by his parents, Alex and Marcela Silva.
